The skinny: The Dolphins have lost two straight games and three of their last four, a skid that has come despite strong play by Jace Hogan. The 6-foot-6 forward has recorded a double-double in each of the past three games, including a 20-point, 10-rebound effort during an overtime loss to Eastern Kentucky on Saturday. Hogan is the first JU player since at least the 1999-2000 season to score in double figures in each of his first seven games with the program. … Milwaukee will be JU’s second opponent from the Horizon League this season. The Dolphins lost 68-44 loss to Wright State on Nov. 25. … Milwaukee was picked to finish eighth out of 10 teams in league play during the preseason but beat Big 12 foe Iowa State 74-56 on Nov. 13, part of a good start under first-year coach Pat Baldwin.
