The Jaguars were awarded linebacker Allen Bradford today on waivers from the New York Giants.

Bradford, 25, has played in 12 career games during stops in Seattle, Tampa Bay and the Giants.

Bradford spent parts of three years (2011-13) with the Seahawks, the first two when Jaguars coach Gus Bradley was the team’s defensive coordinator.

Jaguars linebackers coach Robert Saleh was also on Seattle’s staff when Bradford was there.

The Jaguars are 90 players – Cal defensive tackle DeAndre Coleman hasn’t signed his contract yet because he is not allowed to report to Jacksonville because of the school’s class schedule.

Usually the photo is from the

Usually the photo is from the latest team. This guy is wearing a Seahawks' uniform. He played for two other teams and was a castaway.

Are we supposed to believe players not talented enough for the Seattle squad are more than enough for Jacksonville?

It's pretty clear Bradley is not committed to winning any more than David Caldwell is. This is an NFL franchise, not a political machine.

The spoils system is the fastest way to indicate a coach and GM are riding the gravy train.

Caldwell has been here for two drafts and he's done little to nothing to raise the talent level to competitive strength.

How on Earth can you make that statement ??? Everyone can say that maybe Caldwell should have drafted some different players, but there is no way that you can say that between the last 2 drafts and free agency that Caldwell hasn't raised the talent level. Caldwell has:
drafted the top rated Tackle last year and top rated QB this year. This year he also drafted 2 of the top 5 WRs in the draft. He has brought in two highly rated DEs in Bryant and Clemons. There are few who wouldn't agree that the 2014 Jaguars are far more talented than the 2012 Jaguars.
