BRUNSWICK, GA. | Police identified a man shot multiple times in the Arco community Sunday night and offered a reward for information in the assault.

Takkie Robertson, 39, was shot about 6 p.m. at a residence in the 3400 block of Johnston Street, Sgt. Brian Scott of the Glynn County police said Monday in a prepared statement.

Robertson was taken to UF Health Jacksonville where he was still in critical condition Monday, Scott said.

The shooting is not believed to have been random, and the Brunswick Police Department is assisting Glynn County police in the investigation, Scott said.

As with a series of other shootings that have occurred since Oct. 1, a $1,000 is offered for information leading to an arrest in the case, Scott said.
