It’s a chargrilled ground brisket patty topped with provolone cheese, corned beef, caramelized onions and creamy horseradish sauce.
“Our St. Patrick’s Day Burger is a festive spin on the classic 4 Rivers Brisket Burger, but with added corned beef, caramelized onions, provolone cheese and horseradish sauce, for the perfect twist of barbeque goodness and Irish reverence in celebration of this great holiday,” said 4 Rivers Smokehouse Operating Partner Jeff Palermo.
If you stop by the BBQ restaurant, save room for dessert as they’ll also be featuring a shamrock sugar cookie and lucky day cupcake with shamrock sprinkles.

Entrée specials include Corned Beef and Cabbage, Donovan’s Dublin Pot Roast, slow roasted certified Angus beef that’s cooked with a blend of diced carrots, onion, and celery and topped with homemade gravy and served with mashed potatoes and coleslaw, Beer Battered Flakey Fish and Chips, Savory Shepherd’s Pie, Dublin Cheese Steak, O’Paddy Melt, Corned Beef Reuben and Corned Beef Rachael, which is homemade corned beef, white cheddar cheese, coleslaw, and Thousand Island dressing on grilled marble rye.
“We tweak the menu each year [for St. Patrick’s Day],” said Donovan’s Irish Pub owner Maureen Bellantoni. “Most customers come for our Corned Beef or our Reuben. They’re delicious!”
The pub will also be ringing in St. Patrick’s Day with bagpipes and live music all night long.
Ritz Carlton chef on Food Network
One of Northeast Florida’s own will be featured on the Food Network series, “Spring Baking Championship, “which kicks off at 9 p.m. on Sunday.
Jordan Pilarski, a pastry chef at Ritz Carlton Hotel in Amelia Island, will compete alongside eight other contestants to become the spring baking champion and take home the grand prize of $50,000.
“It was a challenging yet extremely humbling experience,” Pilarski said. “I was able to push myself and really begin to see where my skills as a pastry chef were, while also showing what I was able to do at just 22 years old.”
Host Jesse Palmer will welcome nine of the country’s best bakers as they compete to create the most unique springtime-inspired desserts to impress judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Lorraine Pascale.
Viewers will watch as Pilarski and his fellow contestants participate in themed challenges that center on springtime events such as Easter and the Kentucky Derby.
This season of Spring Baking Championship includes seven one-hour episodes, starting with the premiere at 9 p.m. Sunday.
The grand finale episode is scheduled for 10 p.m. Sunday, April 9.
